CHILI BUTTER W/ SEAFOOD - The combination of
seafood and Chili Butter is a fantastic
treat. Sauteed
Prawns finished in Chili Butter / Grilled Halibut w/
Chili Butter melted over the top, makes a beautiful
combination of flavors.

SPICY WINGS - Cook segmented chicken wings in
the oven and then toss hot wings in a bowl with
Chili Butter, to coat them, no need to melt the
Chili Butter, the hot wings will do the trick. To
make delicious Spicy Wings for any party, top with

cheese dressing.

I love Chili Butter on my fajita meat (chicken or beef,or
whatever).
Because I am not real good at seasoning, previously I had
been buying one of those dry fajita mixes. I'll never do
that again!!
After I cook the meat (and peppers and onions)I just quickly
swirl the pieces in some Chili Butter (it melts quickly) and
warm up if necessary for a moment and they are ready to
serve. Great!!!!!
